Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Lubricants
• Intimate wellness products (vibrators, massagers, etc.)
• Lingerie and BDSM accessories that have been worn or used

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
